About the role
Nisqually Generations Healing Center is seeking a RN Nurse Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and care management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure patient care quality
- Develop and implement care plans for patients
- Manage the nursing budget and resources
- Train and mentor new nurses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in care management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
