About the role

We are excited to announce our expansion and are seeking to add a highly motivated and collaborative Mid-level to Advanced Cosmetic Aesthetic Injector, specifically an RN, NP, or PA, to our dynamic and accomplished team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of recent experience in cosmetic injection procedures. Responsibilities

• Patient-centric position focused on making our patients feel their best and giving them the confidence they need to live their best lives.
• Guide injectable patients through every step of their journey, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations and creates a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct new patient consultations and full-face assessments to build relationships and discover areas of concern.
• Recommend the most effective injectable treatments, cross-sell other applicable skin and body treatments, and suggest the best home care products.
• Perform all pre- and post-injection photos including VISIA photos in a dedicated photography room.
• Inject all Allergan and Galderma products: Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Kysse, Refine, Sculptra.
• Provide complimentary consultations with full media presentations and create a yearlong Individualized Care Plan for each patient.
• Self-manage Outreach Program and follow up on all consultations by working directly with our Outreach Manager.
• Meet or exceed all monthly sales metrics goals and cross-sell other services offered.
• Create weekly social media video content according to the Social Media Calendar.
• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of clinical supplies including daily counts.
• Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN, NP, or PA License.
• 3+ years of aesthetic injectables experience, preferably under direct MD supervision.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a 75% or higher close rate on injectable consultations and 40% on products.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Expert consultant able to create yearlong care plans for patients.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with skin care, laser treatments, and body sculpting.
• Willingness to utilize marketing tools to expand the existing client base through our Outreach Program.
• Highly motivated, driven, with a positive attitude and a successful sales track record.
• Team player with a focus on organizational success.

Pay

$40.00 - $400.00+ per hour (hourly including commissions).

Schedule

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week.

• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch).
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• One Saturday a month: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM.
