Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Assess patient concerns, goals, and treatment candidacy
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes
- Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers and neurotoxins
- Perform microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals
- Deliver treatments safely, accurately, and ethically while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and maintenance recommendations
- Ensure optimal patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience
- Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment plans, and consent forms
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Professional Development
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities
- Collaborate with fellow providers and team members to continuously improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and ethical care
Preferred
- Previous aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Consultation and treatment planning experience
- Interest in personal and professional growth within the aesthetics industry
- Social media and content creation experience is a plus

Pay
$105,000 - $250,000 / year
