Chestnut Hill, MA Full-Time | On-Site Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (RN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing aesthetic and wellness practice in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a provider who is highly skilled in cosmetic injectables, patient consultation, and delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes in a professional, patient-centered environment. The practice specializes in advanced aesthetic medicine and wellness treatments, including injectables, non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening, and laser-based procedures. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other cosmetic injectablesConduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plansEvaluate patient goals and provide professional aesthetic recommendationsMaintain accurate and detailed patient documentation and treatment recordsEnsure adherence to safety standards, clinical protocols, and compliance guidelinesCollaborate with medical and spa teams to deliver high-quality patient experiencesEducate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and expected outcomesAssist with advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant programBoard certification required for NP/PA candidatesActive RN, NP, or PA license in MAMinimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience requiredStrong expertise in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and facial aestheticsExcellent understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniquesExperience with advanced aesthetic devices preferred, including:Laser treatmentsRadiofrequency devicesSkin tightening technologiesNon-invasive body contouring proceduresStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient-centered careAbility to create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience Compensation & Benefits $60/hour - $85/hour based on experienceAdditional commission opportunities based on performanceFull-time stable opportunityGrowth potential with expanding locationsProfessional and collaborative work environment
