About the role

Novice Nurse (Registered Nurse with less than 12 months of experience) participating in a specialized training program designed for new graduates and early-career nurses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Document care coordination
• Ensure safety of environment and equipment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• Current CPR certification
• PPD or chest X-ray if applicable

Training & Support

Partner with experienced nurses for mentorship, real-time feedback, and hands-on experience in a home care setting, including vent/trach/g-tube management and critical thinking skills.
