About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one home healthcare for adult patients with trach, vent, and spinal cord injuries.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, and document diagnoses.
• Perform additional RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of RN or LPN experience.
