RN - Homecare

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one home healthcare for adult patients with trach, vent, and spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Performing focused interviews to identify patient needs.Assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data, and documenting diagnoses.Performing additional RN or LPN duties as assigned. Qualifications Current nursing license in the practicing state.Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.Preferably one year of RN or LPN experience. Key Skills: patient assessment, clinical documentation, bedside care, and adherence to safety protocols.
