Nursing Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated RN to join our world-class nursing team, providing exceptional care for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other neurological conditions. This is an opportunity for a clinically driven and patient-focused nurse who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment and is committed to delivering innovative, evidence-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $36.93 - $53.18

  • Shift Differential: Available for nights, evenings, and weekends

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for RN Float (nights)

Qualifications

  • Current Colorado RN license

  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association

  • A relevant specialty certification (CNRN or CRRN) preferred

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • BSN required within 18 months of hire (from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited program)

  • 1+ year of bedside RN experience

  • Experience in neuroscience, acute med-surg, or rehabilitation preferred

  • Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

  • Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and trauma-informed care

  • Organized, self-motivated, and skilled in time management

  • Comfortable using EMRs and basic computer systems

Location and Schedule

Location: 3425 S Clarkson St, Englewood, CO 80113
Shift: PRN Nights; 1830-1700 (6:30 pm - 7:00 am MST)
Days of the week will vary as this is a self-scheduling position.
