RN - NICU PEDS Transport

About the role

This position involves providing critical ground transport care for neonatal and pediatric patients, from premature neonates to adolescents up to 18 years old. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver critical care during patient transport.
• Coordinate with medical team members to maintain high-quality care standards.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Washington RN license and certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills, independence, and initiative.

Pay

The role is on-site at a hospital setting with a pay range of $48.85 to $89.91 per hour, with potential for extra compensation such as shift differentials and bonuses.
