RN NICU - Part-time - Night Shift

About the Role

Provide flexible, high-quality patient care as part of the W.E.S.T. Float Team, working across multiple departments in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Administer medications, perform safety checks, and verify patient identities.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (Single State or Compact).
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS & PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent NICU-related hospital experience.
• Fluent in English, collaborative mindset, and excellent time management skills.
