About the Role

Provide patient care in the Neonatal ICU utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered
  • Maintain professional accountability
  • Support a healing and compassionate environment

Open to new graduates for night shifts, full-time (36 hours per week).

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license
  • Meet state requirements

Physical Demands

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged standing and walking
  • Performing bending, stooping, and other movements

Certifications

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire)
  • Additional unit-specific certifications may be required
