RN - Neurology Unit - Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neurology Unit, working full-time days at a hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, gather health data, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family education based on assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current nursing knowledge and compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Experience preferred.Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
