Role Overview Provide expert nursing care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing safety, wellness, and patient-centered care. Support and precept new healthcare staff, fostering a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the Neuro Trauma ICU, adhering to specialty standards and evidence-based models.Assist in clinical education and competency validation through individualized training.Contribute to safety, quality, and secure care at the point of service. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.Minimum six months of ICU nursing experience or completion of a specialized fellowship.Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
