About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintains practice standards.
• Coordinates patient care activities among staff to deliver quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible.
• Hospital experience and PRN work experience preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license required.
• Must have BCLS certification; advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
