About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth and accountability, maintain practice standards, and coordinate patient care activities among staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• New graduates are eligible; hospital experience is preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
