About the role

The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Operates within organizational policies
• Demonstrates professional growth and accountability
• Maintains practice standards
• Coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Hospital experience preferred, with 1 year for PRN roles
• Valid Georgia RN license and current BCLS certification
• Additional specialty certifications are advantageous if applicable
