About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ongoing growth.
• Supervise and collaborate with assigned staff to ensure effective care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible.
• Hospital experience and PRN positions with 1-year hospital experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in Georgia and BCLS certification required.
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
