About the role

This staff nurse role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies. You will maintain practice standards and coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or multistate license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience is not mandatory; new graduates are eligible.
• Prior hospital experience and certification in specialized areas (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NICU, or Oncology) are preferred depending on the unit.
• Additional certifications may be required based on the specialty area, with certain certifications to be completed within specified timeframes after hire.
