About the role
RN Navigators at Coordinated Treatment Center collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across a diverse range of patient populations and diagnoses to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, weights, and other clinical measures
- Supporting team members to ensure patients are seen by the appropriate disciplines
- Monitoring patient progress to confirm orders and education are completed
- Addressing ongoing patient needs through phone, MyChart, and other follow-up communication methods
- Mon-Fri schedule
- $15,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred
- Required in Fargo and Sioux Falls (Sanford USD Medical Center and Clinics)
- Required in Bismarck or enrolled and starting a Bachelor’s degree program within one year of hire with a completion date within three years upon date of hire into position
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications

$34.00 - $51.00 per hour
