Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to evidence-based practices and professional standards. They utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care that respects cultural diversity and promotes positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork.Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide education, and update care plans.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practices.Serve as preceptor or mentor to foster a competent workforce.Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a single or multi-state compact.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.Current BLS certification; strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency with technology and documentation.
