Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations.Partnering with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds.Coordinating and documenting safe care delivery, supporting performance improvement, and participating in shared governance.Completing ongoing professional development, mentoring colleagues, and promoting evidence-based practice and research.Supporting resource management and developing protocols to improve patient outcomes.Adhering to organizational policies, standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with associate or diploma nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills, proficiency with technology, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments are essential. Basic computer skills and fluency in English are required.
