Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices. They collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), practicing culturally competent care, and promoting continuous professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and have a minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
