About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care MedSurg/Ortho/Neuro unit, providing direct patient care with a focus on safety, quality, and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing processes to deliver patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety
- Mentor new staff and contribute to a secure, effective clinical environment
- Deliver specialized acute care for moderate to high acuity patients
- Support ongoing education and competency validation
- Promote a patient-centered approach
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required if less than 3 years of experience)
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification
- At least 6 months of nursing experience
