RN MedSurg - Full Time Nights

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care according to policies.Prioritize and coordinate patient flow to enhance outcomes and experience.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient education.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring family communication.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive work environment.Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.
