About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care (Med-Surg) setting, providing direct patient care on a specialty unit with moderate to high acuity.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
- Provide evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold safety standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN licensure
- At least 6 months of nursing experience
- Certification in BLS and ACLS within specified timeframes
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
