Summary Of The Role This position involves coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process, which guides clinical decision-making to partner with patients and families in maintaining, restoring, or improving health. The nurse combines caring, compassion, knowledge, and integrity to ensure safe, high-quality care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Key responsibilities include assessing patients, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, administering prescribed medications, and providing health education to patients and families. The role also entails participating in healthcare improvement activities, collaborating with team members, providing clinical leadership, and supporting lifelong learning. Required qualifications include computer literacy and an RN license with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
