RN - Medical/Surgical

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and support positive patient outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications (current)
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• PREFERRED: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• PREFERRED: Specialty nursing certification

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, monitor, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Delegate and supervise nursing support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
