RN - Medical/Surgical

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process and professional nursing standards. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support quality patient outcomes, and contribute to a culture of safety, excellence, and compassionate care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse Diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, computers, and web-based applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective patient care using the nursing process
• Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education
• Cookordinate and delegate care activities within the healthcare team
• Utilize clinical data and best practices to improve patient outcomes
• Promote patient satisfaction, quality care, and nursing excellence
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
