Role Overview This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings. The nurse collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, utilizing critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.Administer medications as prescribed and perform treatments.Provide age-appropriate care and basic self-care activities.Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.Assist physicians with procedures requiring technical skills.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate with social services for discharge planning.Practice cost-effective resource management and promote patient safety.Prioritize patient care efficiently and commit to lifelong learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
