RN - Med/Surg/Tele - Per Diem

Location: CHA Everett Hospital – MedSurg West 1 (25-bed Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Unit)

About the role

West 1 is a 25-bed unit caring for patients with general and complex medical and surgical needs, often serving those with serious health issues. The skilled and compassionate nursing staff care for approximately 20 patients each day alongside an expert Hospitalist Team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality care on an inpatient medical/surgical/telemetry unit in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health team members
• Implement core measures as indicated
• Comply with CHA Service Standards for welcoming patients

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current MA RN Licensure
• BSN preferred
• Current AHA BLS certification
• 1 year telemetry experience preferred
• Proficiency in telemetry and ability to independently interpret telemetry strips required by the end of orientation

Pay

Pay range varies based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
