RN- Med Surg Tele - 2 East (24/D/E)
About the role
When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. 2 East is a 49‑bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit that provides care to adult and geriatric patients. The staff cares for patients with a wide variety of acute conditions and patients with multiple comorbidities.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN License
- Evidence of Continuing Education
- Prior experience working as a RN required
- Med Surg experience preferred
- Current Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days of beginning position
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Utilizes appropriate time management skills
- Communicates effectively
Qualifications
- Documented Professional Developmental activities
- Knowledge of Critical Paths
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- BSN Preferred
- AHA ACLS Preferred
Pay
Pay Range $37.14 - $82.22. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement; the pay range listed is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably expects to pay for this position at this time, and employees hired will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule
24 hours per week; 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m., every other weekend and holiday rotation.
