Requirements
- New graduate or licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN.
- CPR certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS or PALS offered as needed.
Specialty Units
Specialty units provide specific education, and the role involves working day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling 72 hours bi-weekly.
