About the role

The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational training.

They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understand department policies to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understanding of department policies.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply basic nursing knowledge and skills to meet standards of care.
• Act as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• New graduate or licensed RN in good standing in Arkansas.
• A preference for BSN.
• Basic nursing knowledge and skills.
• CPR certification is required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be necessary based on unit needs.

Special Features

• 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.
• Shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
