About the role

The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies. They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply foundational skills to meet standards of care and work as full partners within the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or a licensed RN in good standing in Arkansas.
• A preference for those with a BSN.
• CPR certification is required.
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed depending on the unit.
• Schedule: 72 hours bi-weekly, with shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
