About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate nursing care in their assigned unit.
- Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and current health status to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical specialty.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
