About the Role

This position involves providing patient-centered care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote health and restore well-being. The nurse will collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes, support ongoing learning, and achieve assigned goals.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Administering prescribed medications
• Providing health education and support to patients and families
• Participating in quality improvement activities
• Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members
• Providing clinical leadership and supporting lifelong learning

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Computer literacy
