About the Role

Provides patient care by applying the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Collaborates with healthcare team members, administers prescribed medications, and offers health education to patients and families. Demonstrates clinical leadership and supports continuous learning while achieving assigned goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide health education to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members
• Exhibit clinical leadership and promote lifelong learning
• Complete assigned objectives

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Minimum literacy in computer skills
