As an Ambulatory Nursing Manager, you will focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. You will handle policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organize educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
• Manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing.
• Ensure the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Accountable for supportive work environment for nursing team.
• Emphasize top-notch nursing practices and ensure a safe space for patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in this field.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• Already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.

• A solid grasp of nursing, patient care, medical terms, ethics, and privacy laws.
• Knowledge of caring for different age groups.
• Good communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
