RN Manager, Nights

On-siteHealthcare$42.6–$68.15/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Job Summary". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Who We Are (mission, description). Job Summary (including sign on bonus, hours, union, patient facing, RN Manager role description). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Compensation and Benefits (including sign on bonus, hourly range, benefits). Also maybe "Leadership" is part of responsibilities? The posting includes a long block under "Responsibilities:" then enumerated items but not clearly separated. Actually after "Responsibilities:" there is a list of items starting with "2. Management: Provides clinical oversight..." then "3. Quality and Safety:" etc. It seems they enumerated but missing numbers? The text after "Responsibilities:" includes many sentences that seem to be responsibilities. We need to treat them as list items. Also "Qualifications:" section includes bullet-like sentences. We need to avoid EEO boilerplate etc. Remove duplicated lines like "NOW OFFERING A $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS***" appears twice; we should keep once. Also remove "Does this amazing opportunity interest you? Then we'd love to hear from you." (application instruction). Remove equal opportunity employer statement, Covid-19 vaccination note, etc. Remove "Powered by JazzHR N7uW2pOUyH". Remove union info? Union: None, Union Name: None - maybe minor metadata; could be folded into short p or dropped. Probably drop. We need sections: About the role? Could use "About the Organization" maybe but instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "Who We Are" which is about organization; could map to "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the Organization" but not in list. However instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those. Safer to use those headings where applicable. We have content for: About the role (maybe "Who We Are" and "Job Summary" combined). Responsibilities. Qualifications. Benefits. Pay. Schedule (hours). Also maybe "Skills" not present. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: Could combine "Who We Are" and "Job Summary" (excluding sign on bonus maybe). Provide prose. Responsibilities: list items. Qualifications: list items. Benefits: list items (health, dental, vision insurance, 403B, pre-tax MBTA pass with 40% discount, additional compensation for bilingual proficiency, etc). Also sign on bonus maybe part of compensation. Pay: hourly range $42.60 - $68.15 per hour, increases based on years of experience. Also sign on bonus $4,000. Schedule: Part-time; 36 Hours Per Week, includes weekend requirement. We need to avoid duplication: sign on bonus appears both in Pay and maybe Benefits? We'll put in Pay. Now format. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

    headings,

    for prose,

    • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Over 10,000 homeless individuals are cared for by Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program each year." etc. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine Who We Are and Job Summary (excluding sign on bonus, hours, union, patient facing maybe). But we need to keep patient facing? That's more about role; maybe include in About the role. Let's write:

      About the role

Now Responsibilities: we need to list each duty. The text after "Responsibilities:" includes many sentences. Let's parse them into bullet points. The text: "2. Management: Provides clinical oversight and support as needed to respite nursing department staff in collaboration with the Nursing and Medical Directors. 3. Quality and Safety: 4. Clinical Care 5. • . Might be many. We'll group logically but keep detail. We'll produce a
        with each distinct responsibility as
      • . Let's extract: - Provides clinical oversight and support as needed to respite nursing department staff in collaboration with the Nursing and Medical Directors. - Coordinates and expedites clinical operations including, but not limited to: (but we can break subpoints) Better to keep each sentence as separate
      • . However the subpoints after "Leadership:" are part of that bullet. Might be okay to keep as separate items. Let's list: 1. Provides clinical oversight and support as needed to respite nursing department staff in collaboration with the Nursing and Medical Directors. 2. Coordinates and expedites clinical operations including, but not limited to: - Directs, delegates, and monitors quality of care delivered by the health care team; functions within and across interdisciplinary teams in a manner that promotes coordination, mutual respect and timely response to the patient's health care needs - Recognizes the impact of systems on health care delivery.
