RN Manager - Medical Stepdown - Full-Time Days

Summary: This role is for an RN Manager in a Medical Stepdown unit, responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care on a 24-hour basis to ensure quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities: Lead and promote a professional practice environment aligned with organizational goals, patient satisfaction, safety, and quality standards. Implement the Nursing Strategic Plan and foster high coworker engagement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; pursuing a Baccalaureate is acceptable if actively enrolled. Must hold a current RN license or permit. Minimum of three years clinical experience demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability. Proficiency in computer systems and data analysis is essential.Preferred Skills: BSN and Master's degree are preferred, along with certifications in specialty areas.
