Nurse Manager - Full-Time Days

Role Overview: The Nurse Manager provides leadership and management for a specific clinical unit or service, promoting excellence in patient care, staff retention, and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical, financial, human, and material resources to achieve desired outcomes.Ensure safety, quality standards, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, modeling effective communication and team building.Manage staff recruitment, retention, orientation, and professional development.Promote evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives.Engage in shared governance and build strong interdisciplinary partnerships.Analyze financial performance and utilize quality tools to optimize operations.Lead change management efforts and uphold professional nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.Current RN license (multi-state or single-state as applicable) and BLS certification.Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical and leadership experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Knowledge of healthcare financing, legal and ethical standards, and evidence-based practices.
