RN Manager Med Surg Observation Unit
Job Summary
The RN Manager Med Surg Trauma ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
- BSN required
- A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
- 3+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
