RN Manager - Long Term Care

About the role

This leadership role collaborates with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to provide elder-centered, compassionate, and ethical care, incorporating Eden Philosophy as a core value.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth operational management, quality improvement, and infection control at a Long Term Care facility
• Serves on the hospital executive team and supports regulatory compliance and operational excellence

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Holds an Alaska RN license
• BLS certification
• At least 3 years of RN experience, including 1 year in long-term care

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include a health sciences bachelor’s degree, management or training experience, and expertise in quality improvement and infection control
