RN Manager - Home Infusion Pharmacy

Role Overview The Nurse Manager in Home Infusion Pharmacy oversees departmental policies, supervises staff, and coordinates interdisciplinary care in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities Implement and administer policies, procedures, and quality management plans.Manage staffing needs, assign staff, and ensure productivity and continuity standards.Oversee patient care coordination and supervise team members. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.Oregon RN license upon hire.Minimum 4 years of home infusion experience.At least 2 years of supervisory experience.Ability to drive as needed, with compliance to all legal requirements.
