RN Manager - Home Health

About the role

Lead a high‑performing home health team in Yorktown, VA as an RN Clinical Manager for BAYADA Home Health Care. Provide clinical leadership, mentor field clinicians, ensure OASIS and Medicare compliance, manage care plans, and drive quality outcomes while supporting patient‑centered home health care.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and therapists in the field
• Review OASIS documentation and ensure Medicare compliance
• Manage care plans (485s) and clinical documentation workflows
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development
• Serve as a clinical resource for triage and patient care guidance
• Drive quality outcomes and best practices across the office

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent home health experience required
• Strong hands‑on OASIS experience
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and clinical documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
