About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time RN Night Manager with a strong positive attitude toward customer service. This role involves motivating and maintaining relationships with staff and residents while striving to accomplish facility goals. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and demonstrate creativity in their work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift operations in a senior care setting.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of resident care and customer service.
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Current nursing license.
• Three years of nursing management experience in senior care (preferred).
• Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer/client service.
• CPR Certification.

Pay

• $6,000 sign-on bonus.
• Shift differentials for night shifts.

Schedule

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts).
• Baylor pay structure.
