About the role
Provide direct resident care in a compassionate healthcare setting, utilizing the nursing process to plan, direct, and evaluate shift routines.
Responsibilities
- Charting and documentation
- Conduct resident assessments
- Participate in facility committees
- Serve as the "in charge" person and assume "Building Charge" duties as directed
- Provide leadership within the unit
- Deliver person-centered care and supervise staff
- Ensure proper documentation and support interdisciplinary collaboration
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care is preferred
