RN Manager ER Evenings
Job Summary
The Manager ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 1+ years of applicable ER leadership/supervisory experience required
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) or practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
- BLS required
