About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Manager Critical Care - STICU, responsible for overseeing daily operations of a 20-bed Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care, ensuring safety, quality, and compassion aligned with current standards.
• Coordinate resources, promote evidence-based practice, and support decision-making through clinical, human resource, and financial data.
• Foster a collaborative environment, participate in organizational planning, and contribute to staff development and professional growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain staff, creating a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Engage in leadership activities, including staff supervision, innovation evaluation, and team collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure and national certification in specialty within one year.
• Minimum five years recent nursing experience, including two in clinical hospital leadership.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
