About the role

Rego Park Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Manager to join our team in Queens, New York. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of dedicated professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our Residents. Responsibilities

• Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families.
• Provide information to Residents and the health‑care team.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
• Maintain documentation of Resident care services.
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health‑care teams.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid NYS RN License.
• LTC experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay

Competitive salary range: $115,000 annually.
