About the role
RN Manager overseeing the Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion.
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation to support unit efficiency.
- Implement and drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to deliver exceptional birth experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Leadership experience in maternity or labor and delivery settings preferred.
- Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
