Role: RN Manager overseeing the Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion.Oversee budgets and resource allocation to support unit efficiency.Implement and drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to deliver exceptional birth experiences. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Leadership experience in maternity or labor and delivery settings preferred.Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
